Born in Sweden 1979. Financial advisor and contractor, with 16 years of experience in capital procurement, project management and financial management in the finance and real estate industry.

Tomas has worked with development of residential properties in Sweden and Spain. Today Tomas's CEO of TLW Real Estate, partner in Park & Villas, Grenna Hills Real Estate.

With his background in financial advice, Tomas prefers to diversify his project portfolio and not put all eggs against a market or a particular project type. Tomas is fluent in Swedish and English, as well as master Spanish and understands German.
